Our Story

The Florida Probate Law Firm PLLC provides a full-service probate experience to clients in need of probate administration throughout the state of Florida, which includes all 67 counties.  Mr. Thomas R. Walser built his practice serving the Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami Dade County communities, but now provides legal services to the entire state.  While the field of trust & estates, which includes probate administration, as all fields within the legal profession, have evolved to keep pace with technological advances, as well as shifts in social norms, we take pride in maintaining our core values of providing top quality individualized service that only a boutique firm can offer. One of the advantages to working with a firm that specializes in one practice area of law, is the reassurance that we frequently address issues regarding probate administration on a regular basis and have a depth of knowledge built by our hands-on experience.

Thomas R. Mendez Walser, who goes by the name Tommy, has deep roots with the South Florida community being that he attended the University of Miami as an undergraduate, receiving a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) in the area of Finance. Tommy went on to attend the New York University School of Law located in the heart of Manhattan, near Washington Square Park where he received his Juris Doctorate (JD). As such, Tommy has developed and maintains a personal connection with the New York community which assists in his work in South Florida, being that so many clients of the Florida Probate Law Firm PLLC, as well as residents of South Florida in general are either from New York originally, or maintain property or some other connection with the Northeast.
