Thomas was born in Boca Raton, FL and grew up in the south Florida area. He obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Miami in 2010, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the New York University School of Law in 2013, with a concentration in the area of Trust & Estates.

Michael “Mike” Bracchi was born and raised on Long Island, NY. He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002. Michael also obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), Masters of Science (M.S.) in Business Management and Leadership, and a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy.
